More often than not, the adoptive and biological parents have come to agreement regarding exchange of information, visitation, and other forms of interaction that they allow. Yet in the advent of modernity, closed adoption has been popularised. The child’s identifying information, including his biological parents is sealed and treated with utmost secrecy. The adopted child already thinks that his adoptive parents are his biological parents. Closed adoption is widely practised nowadays compare to open adoption.
