return_block_links(); ?>

Today’s media give emphasis on being thin as if being fat is a sin. This results to fat kids being bullied, criticised, laughed at and harassed at worse in and out of school premises. It is the parents’ responsibility to teach kids on the right food to eat to avoid being obese. Obesity can lead to serious illnesses and diseases.

School  Feeding

Children are no exemptions to diabetes or heart problems. Children should be encouraged to exercise and eat right for them to be healthier individuals and to be confident in every endeavour.
